When Terry throws out his back, Eddie becomes the interim Chief… which immediately creates tension over whose "Chiefing Methods" are best. As Eddie reverses all the rules Terry has instated, Terry gets jealous of how much fun everyone is having without him. However, Eddie soon realizes Chiefing is actually a serious job and being Chief may not be as fun as he first thought.
